Terms of Service

These terms cover the free clinic audit and the paid Starter, Growth and Pro packages offered by 20x02, a consultancy run by Sadikh, based in Visakhapatnam, India. By using this site or engaging 20x02 for work, you're agreeing to what's written here. If any of it needs clarifying before you commit to anything, ask on WhatsApp first — that's what it's there for.
The free clinic audit
The audit is free, with no obligation to become a client. It is delivered as a personally recorded walkthrough within two working days of submitting the form. There is no sales call required to receive it; the optional 15-minute walkthrough carries no pitch. Only Indian dental clinics are eligible.
Paid packages and pricing
Current pricing is published in full at 20x02.com/pricing and is not negotiated case by case: Starter at ₹19,999/month, Growth at ₹39,999/month, and Pro at ₹79,999/month, each with its own one-time setup fee as listed on that page. All three packages carry a three-month minimum commitment, after which service continues month to month and can be cancelled with thirty days' notice. Payment is accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or Stripe for international clients.
The 21-day guarantee
Your website will go live within 21 days of the day we receive your content (photos, treatment prices, before-and-afters, and the other assets requested during onboarding) — or the setup fee is refunded in full. This guarantee covers delivery timing only.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking position, a specific number of leads, or inclusion in any particular AI engine's answers. Nobody controls Google's algorithm or any AI model's training and retrieval process, and any agency claiming otherwise is not being straight with you. What we guarantee is the work itself: the build, the audit, the reporting, and the 21-day delivery commitment above.
Ownership
Everything built for you — domain, website code, content, and your Google Business Profile — is yours, fully and permanently, from the day the setup fee clears. This holds regardless of whether you continue the monthly retainer afterward. We do not build on rented infrastructure that locks you in, and we do not withhold assets as leverage if you choose to leave.
What is not included in the monthly fee
Domain registration and hosting (typically ~₹1,500/year, billed to you directly, in your name), any Google Ads spend (paid straight to Google, we never touch it or take a percentage), and Pro-tier voice AI telephony minutes (metered and billed at cost) are all separate from the package price, as detailed on the pricing page.
Cancellation
After the three-month minimum, either party may end the engagement with thirty days' written notice (a WhatsApp message or email is sufficient). Work already delivered and paid for remains yours per the ownership terms above.
Limitation of liability
20x02 is a small consultancy, not an insurer. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or lost patient bookings, beyond the fees you have paid us for the specific work in question. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved directly.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the "last updated" date above will reflect it. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly, not just posted here silently.
