20x02 is a website, local SEO and AI-systems consultancy run by Sadikh, based in Visakhapatnam, India. This page explains what information the site collects when you use it, why, and what you can do about it. Written in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, message WhatsApp and ask.
What we collect
When you submit the free clinic audit form (on the homepage or at /free-clinic-audit), we collect exactly what the form asks for: your clinic name, city, Google Business Profile link or listing name, WhatsApp number, and email address. We also automatically capture the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any UTM campaign tags in the URL — this is how we know which channel a lead came from, nothing more.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site. The only passive data collected is standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider, Vercel, for security and uptime purposes — the same logs any website host keeps.
What we do with it
Form submissions are sent to a Google Sheet that only Sadikh has access to, and trigger a one-time notification email so we can prepare and deliver your audit. That is the entire purpose. As stated on the audit form itself: used only to send your audit — no list, no newsletter, no drip sequence. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers, ever.
If you go on to book the optional 15-minute walkthrough, that booking is handled directly by Calendly under its own privacy policy — we only see the appointment time and the details you choose to enter there.
If you become a client and pay via Stripe for an international payment, Stripe processes that transaction directly under its own privacy and security terms; we never see or store your card details.
How long we keep it
Lead information stays in the working sheet for as long as it's useful for delivering your audit and, if you become a client, for ongoing service and basic business records. If you ask us to delete your information and you are not an active client, we will remove it within a reasonable time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and as a matter of basic practice regardless of jurisdiction, you can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information entirely
- Stop contacting you

Third parties this site relies on
- Google (Sheets, Gmail, Apps Script) — stores and processes submitted lead information
- Vercel — hosts this website and keeps standard server logs
- Calendly — handles optional call bookings, only if you choose to book one
- WhatsApp — if you message us directly, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms
- Stripe — only if you choose to pay an international invoice through it
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change too. We won't rewrite what we do with your data without saying so here.
