Why is there a setup fee at all?

The first month is the heaviest: a full website, your Google profile rebuilt field by field, schema, tracking and onboarding. The setup fee covers that build. It falls as the package rises because the retainer on the bigger packages already funds the work — which is why Pro pays no setup fee.

What is the real minimum commitment?

Three months, then month to month. Not because of a lock-in clause I want to enforce, but because SEO under ninety days produces nothing you could fairly judge me on. Cancel any time after that with thirty days' notice.

Is ₹19,999 not expensive for a single clinic?

One implant case in India is typically ₹25,000 to ₹45,000. Starter pays for itself if it produces one additional implant patient a month. If your average treatment value is genuinely low and volume is low, tell me on the call — I will say so rather than sell you a retainer that cannot pay for itself.

Why won't you just quote me a lower price?

Because below roughly ₹25,000 a month there is not enough bandwidth for real technical SEO, content depth and link building at the same time. Agencies quoting ₹8,000 are selling you a report, not results. I would rather lose the deal than deliver that.

Do I own everything if I leave?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fully and permanently, from the day the setup fee clears. Domain, code, content and Google Business Profile are all in your name. The monthly fee buys ongoing work, not access to your own website.

Can I start on Starter and move up later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and most clinics do within ninety days. When you upgrade, the difference between the setup fees you have already paid is credited — you are never charged twice for the same build.

What happens if it does not work?

The website goes live within 21 days of receiving your content or the setup fee is free. Beyond that I guarantee no ranking position, because nobody controls Google and any agency promising a position is either lying or buying links that will eventually cost you the domain.

Why only four clinics a month?

It is a delivery capacity limit, not a marketing device. Growth alone includes thirty published articles a month plus a trained WhatsApp assistant. Beyond four clinics the quality drops and I would be doing what I criticise other agencies for.
